2019 Viognier                         $25 Bottle

The 2019 Sea Shell Viognier is a menagerie of enticing aromas and flavors.  It bursts out of the glass with notes of succulent white peaches, orange blossom, and star jasmine.  On the palate, more restrained nuances of citrus fruit and Asian pears emerge.  A refreshing burst of acidity keeps the wine light and lively on your tongue, but more importantly, also keeps you thirsty for another sip! A perfumed glass of instant relaxation on hot day.

2019 Grenache Rosé             $22 Bottle

The characteristic of this rose is that year-in and year-out, it always prominently displays the beautiful, succulent aroma of freshly picked peaches.  This particular vintage also layers in fresh hints of apricot, lychee, and dragonfruit.  On the palate, additional hints of persimmons and loquat emerge along with fragrant floral notes of rose hips and just a hint jasmine.  As this rose moves along your tongue towards the finish, it demonstrates a delicate balance and interplay between its lively acidity and plush body and texture.  This is without a doubt a pink wine that can be enjoyed by white wine and red wine drinkers alike!

2017 Sea Shell Collection       $29 Bottle

Ripe cherries, dried flowers, spice and lavender notes all emerge from the 2017 Collection, which is a blend

2018 Cabernet Franc  $33

This Cabernet Franc opens up straight from the first pour with a deluge of bright fruits, cola berries leading the charge, followed by blueberries and fresh cherries.  The first thing that you'll notice about this wine on your palate is its true-to-its-roots bright, vibrant acidity that gracefully and deftly carries the wine across your tongue.  This elegance is very reminiscent of the variety's roots in Bourguiel and Saumur in the Loire Valley of France.  Subtle notes of anise, clove, and graphite linger with the lasting, generous finish of those tannins, providing a beautiful, Paso Robles take on a traditional, French style of Cab Franc production.

2017 Low Tide Cabernet Sauvignon $35 Bottle

Immediately upon pouring into the glass, this wine exudes an aroma of bright, vibrant fruit... candied raspberries, cassis, and just a hint of roasted coffee beans all take turn on center stage.  The show continues on your palate with the flavors of tart Rainier cherries slowly giving was to notes of blackberries, vanilla bean, and baking spice.  A pleasant, medium bodied tannin carries this wine to a long gentle finish accented by a touch of toasted caramel.

2016 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon   $40 Bottle

With the amount of Cabernet grown by Sea Shell Estate, it was only a matter of time before we made a pure Cabernet. Coming off the oldest vines on the estate, the Reserve wine offers powerful aromas of cassis, dark cherries, and tobacco. As the wine warms on your palate, it evolves further enticing characters of cedar, fresh cut vanilla bean. This wine has most structure and heft out of the 2016 lineup, and generously offers elegant, fine-grained tannins.
